Our Management Team

 

Mike McDonald

President

As co-founder, Mike has been with LDG since its inception in 1987. With over 35 years of industry experience, he has extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw material sourcing and options, estimating and display design. He worked as LDG’s Vice President of Sales for 28 years until his promotion to President in 2016. Mike enjoys the client relationships he has fostered over the years and is extremely adept at helping customers solve complex design challenges.

Greg Erickson

Production Manager 

As our Production Manager, Greg supervises all aspects of manufacturing. Additionally he sources and acquires all raw material, oversees the screen and digital direct printing, and is responsible for our Solid Works CAD design. He has been an integral part of our team at LDG for over 30 years.

Katie Thunstrom

Marketing Manager

We’re excited to welcome Katie to LDG as our new Marketing Manager. Katie is a recent graduate of MSU with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising, social media, company website, implementation of our CRM program and other general sales support.

Patrick McDonald

Management Trainee

Pat joined LDG last year as a management trainee. In the short time he’s been with us, he has become an invaluable asset in manufacturing and general operations. His background includes an associate’s degree in business from ASU as well as many years experience in a construction position that included sales, estimating, customer service, project management and supervisory responsibility.

Sharon Engen

Estimator

Sharon has been with LDG for over 26 years. Having began in manufacturing and shipping/receiving, Sharon’s motivation, skill set and hard work soon led her into an office management position. Most recently she was promoted into an estimator role, while continuing to supervise the order entry, AP and AR staff.
